All returns must be shipped to our fulfilment partner at Szigony utca 16b, 1083 Budapest, Hungary. Do not return items to any other address. You'll receive the return label instructions via email after contacting our support team.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements before processing refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@buneria.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
